Hired as a General Contractor for the following Scope of Project: Responsible for the demolition of existing rock wall and disposal of debris generated by demolition; removal and relocation of chain link fence; construction of new retaining rock wall to include reinforced concrete foundations; regarding of existing water swales; relocation of irrigation system. Company did subcontract for this project. Project was completed in 35 days; 15 days in advance from expected completion date. Company used a Quality Control Plan and a Safety Plan which resulted in no accidents and no quality control problems.
