Hired as a General Contractor for the following Scope of Project: Responsible for the removal of existing roof systems; that will be replaced with a new roof systems as specified in contract. Company did not subcontract for this project. Project was completed in 35 days; 60 days in advance from expected completion date. Company used a Quality Control Plan and a Safety Plan which resulted in no accidents and no quality control problems.
