Hired as a General Contractor for the following Scope of Project: The City of El Paso’s Museum of History Digital Wall and Pavilion project consists of the construction of a 1,492 SF pavilion attached to, and extending the front entrance of the museum. The open steel structure features a four-pronged chrome column with wall, both to the interior and exterior, finished with pre-formed metal wall panels. At the ground level, the pavilion is primarily enclosed by glass sheets of artwork that will be owner provided and contractor installed. Both roofs have metal panel soffits with recessed lighting. The

electrical portion of the work also includes lighting the plastic resin signage and bench, down lighting for the glass wall, and power for the IT and mechanical equipment that the digital wall requires. The mechanical portion of work includes installation of a split system with electric re-heat and dehumidification. Some interior and exterior work was completed as well. Project was completed in allocated time. Company used a Quality Control Plan and a Safety Plan which resulted in no accidents and no quality control problems.
