Hired as a General Contractor for the following Scope of Project: To do renovations to small city park to include landscaping and stamped concrete. Company did not subcontract for the electrical and mechanical work of this project; everything was completed in house. Project was completed in 25 days. Company used a Quality Control Plan and a Safety Plan which resulted in no accidents and no quality control problems.
