Hired as a General Contractor for the following Scope of Project: General Conditions-Supervision; Selective Interior Building Demolition; Interior framing and drywall systems & trim; Doors and hardware; Countertop and wood trim; VCT Flooring; Paint Finishes; Light fixtures 10″ Aluminum Letters; Extend HVAC. Project was completed in allocated. Company used a Quality Control Plan and a Safety Plan which resulted in no accidents and no quality control problems.
